Returns and Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us and we will provide you with further instructions on returning the item(s), and the amount you will be refunded.
Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow approximately two weeks for the processing of your return.
Return Process
You must email us within seven days from the date your package arrives at your doorstep to obtain a return authorization number. Both the order number and return number must be visible on the outside of the returning package and the original packing list must be enclosed or credit will not be processed for the return.
Exchanges
We cannot process exchanges at this time. The original item must be returned, and a new order must be placed for merchandise in a new size or color. If you need assistance, please email us. The original receipt must be included with any return. Original tags must be attached to the merchandise, and must be in the same condition as when it was received.
Puh-Nash cannot accept a return on any merchandise with visible damages or on merchandise that appears to have been worn. Merchandise that appears to be worn or damaged will be returned to you without a refund at our discretion. Shoes must be returned without visible wear and in the original packaging. The original packaging must not be bent or damaged in any way.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Sale Items
All sale purchases are final sale. Please shop carefully! Returns on sale merchandise will not be accepted.
